Blizzard November 2010
The blizzard that the weather forecaster's warned us about is ranging outside my window. The drive home was slow and careful. Mollie and I walked in the storm watching our footstep fill with snow. Now, Mollie and I are snuggled up, warm under a blanket. Dogs make wonderful companions on a snowy evening.

And the storm did live up to the forecast. It began at 5 p.m. and was over before 8 p.m. Only a few inches of snow, but now we have chilly temperatures. Tonight is expected to be -2.
