Hoping for Spring Sunshine!

I hear the birds signing their morning song.  I hope this is a sign that the day to come will include sunshine.  The pre-dawn sky has a blue tint.  Could we be in for a sunny Spring day without pesky snow flurries?

Chasing Bubbles

Mollie caught a few bubbles.
One of my jobs in College was making sandwiches and cookies for a small local store.

I made Bear's Canyon Store cookies for our day of Eastering.  Are you missing out?

A Visit to the bookstore

The snow this morning was made of a cluster of flakes, perfect for catching on your tongue.

The Weird Sisters by Eleanor Brown

I finished reading this interesting book.  We had three in our family - two girls and one boy.   This book is about the interaction and lives of three sisters, whose father is a professor of Shakespearean studies and mother becomes ill with a life threatening disease.

I liked this line in the book as well as others:  "We were never organized readers, who would see a book through to its end in any sort of logical order.  We weave in and out of words like tourist ..."
- Eleanor Brown from "The Weird Sisters"
