Golden glow
Clouds have moved in, filling the canyon's sky. The golden evening sun is reflecting off the clouds and my neighbor's metal roof, creating a golden glow.

News: Extreme Weather
The TV News channels are filled with stories of our extreme weather, rain, wind, hail, possible snow and a tornado. Yes, a tornado touched down in the Ogden area, damaging house in Washinton Terrace, southwest of Ogden. Hundreds of trees are down. A roof blew off of a business in Layton.

Yaw!
A crack of lightening, a roar of thunder. Gray sky split open to drop a late summer downpour. The scent of rain in the air after a long hot, dry summer.
